Addressed a legacy issue by removing a previous berry yield bug fix, ensuring the core calculation logic remained unchanged to preserve gameplay balance. Enhanced the codebase by updating documentation and comments to clarify the berry yield distribution, which is largely even with a slight bias toward middle yields, aiding future maintainers’ understanding. Prioritized minimizing regression risk and improving traceability through a single, well-documented commit. Demonstrated attention to detail and clear communication, contributing to a more maintainable and stable project foundation.
