Delivered the Nifty Numpad Keyboard Layout with RGB Lighting for qmk/qmk_firmware, including default and VIA keymaps and new custom mappings, enabling immediate user adoption and richer configurability. Fixed critical submodule and repository issues (qmk_firmware submodule issue and duplicate repo references), stabilizing the development and build pipeline. Updated configuration and documentation to align with QMK master (cadence keymap moved to its own keymap; updated RGB matrix keycodes; ensured custom keycodes start at QK_USER; formatted keyboard.json and PR checklist conformance). This work demonstrated strong embedded firmware skills, Git hygiene, and contributor-ready tooling, delivering measurable business value through faster feature delivery and improved reliability.
