Addressed a critical issue where the accidental deletion of background.png disrupted the visual consistency of the Colloquium UI. Resolved the problem by reverting the deletion through version control, restoring the missing asset and ensuring the interface appeared as intended across user sessions. Employed Git for precise change management and collaborated with frontend assets, likely involving HTML and CSS to validate the restoration. Demonstrated careful incident response and attention to detail by minimizing downtime and preventing further UI regressions through targeted asset validation and restoration.
