Developed a stakeholder-facing Product Roadmap Video feature for the AutoProphet repository, delivering a concise visualization of the final roadmap and key milestones. Leveraging project management and video production skills, the work focused on creating an MP4 artifact that enhances transparency for executives and cross-functional teams. The feature streamlines roadmap reviews and establishes a reusable planning template for future milestones, supporting ongoing alignment across teams. Asset delivery and version-controlled commits were used to ensure traceability and maintainability. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focused and well-executed implementation that addressed the need for clear communication of product strategy.
