Worked on the jellyfin/jellyfin-web repository to deliver Spanish UI localization, enhancing accessibility and usability for Spanish-speaking users. Focused on translating user interface strings using JSON and Weblate, the work laid the foundation for broader internationalization efforts. Applied front end development and localization skills to ensure that the translated content integrated seamlessly with the existing UI, supporting Jellyfin Web’s strategy for global reach. No major bugs were reported during this period, allowing for concentrated effort on feature delivery. The completed localization enables easier future expansion to additional languages and improves the overall user experience for non-English speakers.
