Developed Point of Interest weight field support by adding and serializing a new field for POIs, ensuring end-to-end validation across serializer and geocoding components. Enhanced test coverage to verify data integrity and robustness, improving POI data quality for downstream analytics and routing workflows. Additionally, documented the build environment setup for protobuf generation, updating the README to specify required system packages. This improved reproducibility and onboarding for developers, reducing environment-related issues in both development and continuous integration pipelines.
