Afdol delivered Thai localization coverage for the niccokunzmann/open-web-calendar repository, focusing on updating UI strings, translating About and license content, and adding translator notes to documentation. Using Weblate as the translation workflow, Afdol worked with PO and YAML files to ensure accurate and consistent internationalization and localization. The work improved accessibility and user experience for Thai-speaking users by standardizing strings and consolidating translation notes, which also streamlines future localization efforts. Although the project scope was limited to a single feature over one month, the implementation demonstrated solid technical skills in translation, localization QA, and collaborative documentation within a global context.
