During September 2025, Agan Sop delivered organization-wide governance standardization for code ownership across nine documentation repositories, including mulesoft/docs-hosting and mulesoft/docs-mule-runtime. He implemented uniform CODEOWNERS files using YAML, adding ECCN classification and GUSINFO metadata to improve compliance and audit readiness. By removing hard-coded user assignments and establishing @mulesoft/team-docs as the primary owner, Agan reduced ownership drift and streamlined pull request reviews. He also fixed a defect in docs-mule-runtime by correcting team assignments and metadata fields. His work demonstrated depth in configuration management and DevOps, resulting in consistent, maintainable ownership policies across the documentation ecosystem.
