In July 2025, Aglar enhanced the Mirantis/hmc repository by developing a feature for OpenStack CCM that enables explicit passing of cluster names and introduces configuration options to prevent resource naming conflicts in multi-tenant environments. This work focused on improving cluster identity management, particularly for new deployments, while providing guidance for existing clusters during maintenance. Aglar’s approach leveraged skills in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and Kubernetes, using yaml for configuration. The solution addressed the challenge of resource identification across multiple projects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of OpenStack integration and configuration management, and reflecting depth in both technical execution and cross-team collaboration.
