Worked on the HeyPuter/puter repository to deliver German language support through comprehensive UI translations and internationalization improvements. Focused on aligning translations for core actions such as reading, writing, unzipping, sequencing, and zipping, the work included correcting i18n placeholders and refining punctuation in German access messages to ensure consistency and clarity. Using JavaScript and leveraging internationalization best practices, the developer addressed localization gaps to enhance the onboarding experience for German-speaking and multilingual users. The contribution consisted of one feature addition, with no bug fixes, and demonstrated attention to detail in both language accuracy and technical implementation within the codebase.
