Worked on the github-maccloud/runner-images repository to address installer integrity for the Azure Cosmos DB Emulator, focusing on reliability within CI environments. Resolved a critical issue by updating the SHA256 checksum in the PowerShell installation script, ensuring that the MSI installer matched expected values and preventing deployment failures caused by checksum mismatches. This fix improved the stability of automated deployments and reduced the risk of flaky builds. Demonstrated strong DevOps and scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell, by implementing precise checksum validation and maintaining clear, traceable commits. The work emphasized release hygiene and contributed to more robust CI runner image workflows.
