During February 2025, Aitor focused on improving the developer onboarding process for the JdeRobot/RoboticsAcademy repository by implementing a global Yarn installation step within the frontend development environment. He updated the project’s Markdown-based documentation to include a command that ensures Yarn is installed and available before any frontend setup begins, reducing setup errors and streamlining the initial workflow for new contributors. This work centered on frontend automation and documentation skills, with an emphasis on making the setup process more reliable. While the scope was limited to a single feature, the solution addressed a clear pain point in project onboarding.
