Worked on the test-repo-billy/azure-rest-api-specs repository to deliver an upgrade of the Azure Storage API to version 2025-01-01, introducing EncryptionInTransit support for SMB and NFS protocols as well as a new Restore Storage Account API. The work involved updating Swagger definitions and ensuring that the new features aligned with existing API versions for seamless SDK compatibility. Conducted impact analysis and refreshed tests to validate the integration of security enhancements and new endpoints. Utilized skills in API design, Azure, and cloud computing, with changes documented in Markdown and YAML to maintain clarity and consistency across the repository.
