The main feature delivered was the addition of description metadata to the subscription endpoint field, along with the implementation of a 500-character maximum limit to enforce data consistency and validation. This effort centered on API development and schema design, utilizing YAML to define and document the changes. By refining the API specification, the work enabled easier onboarding for consumers, improved maintainability, and reduced the risk of downstream integration errors, contributing to a more robust and developer-friendly API contract overall.
