Worked on the SkappHQ/skapp repository to deliver an onboarding process configuration update, focusing on refining the onboarding.json file to adjust steps and parameters within the onboarding flow. Applied configuration management skills to enhance the flexibility and maintainability of the onboarding experience, allowing future changes to be made without direct code modifications. Utilized JSON to structure and manage the onboarding steps, ensuring a clear and auditable update process through a single, well-documented commit. The work enabled faster iteration and easier customization of onboarding flows, supporting a more adaptable user experience while maintaining a streamlined and transparent configuration management approach.
