Upgraded the che-orion-editor dependency in the build configuration using Gradle, enabling access to recent bug fixes and performance improvements. Ensured license-year compliance by updating build.gradle, supporting governance and audit readiness. Later, aligned core module dependencies by updating package.json and package-lock.json with JSON, improving security and compatibility across the project. Maintained explicit commit references for traceability, demonstrating a methodical approach to change management. The work emphasized keeping dependencies current and compliant, supporting the project’s long-term maintainability and technical robustness.
