
Worked on the prometheus/prometheus repository to enhance the user interface of the Rules and Alerts pages by introducing conditional visibility for copy-name buttons. Leveraging React, TypeScript, and CSS, implemented logic to display these buttons only on hover or when focused, effectively reducing visual clutter while maintaining accessibility standards. Addressed two related bugs to ensure reliable button visibility during user interactions, reinforcing both usability and accessibility. The changes streamline internal workflows for copying rule and alert names, aligning with best practices for focus management. This work demonstrates attention to detail in frontend development and a commitment to accessible, maintainable UI design.
