Worked on the elevenlabs/packages repository to deliver two features focused on improving developer experience and application reliability. Enhanced API documentation by reformatting the useConversion parameters object, making it easier for developers to understand available properties and reducing the risk of misconfiguration. Refactored the Scribe React component to add cleanup logic on unmount and wrapped connection logic in a try/catch block, which improved error handling and resource management. Utilized JavaScript, TypeScript, and Markdown to implement these changes, emphasizing clear documentation and robust front end development practices. The work reduced onboarding friction and contributed to more reliable, maintainable code.
