Worked on the IBM/ansible-storage-protect repository to deliver a new Project Conventions document and update contributing guidelines, focusing on improving governance and onboarding processes. Used Markdown and Ansible to standardize documentation, clarify development practices, and streamline the pull request workflow. The approach emphasized technical writing and open source collaboration, aiming to reduce ambiguity for contributors and minimize review cycles. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, as the primary goal was to enhance maintainability and lay a foundation for scalable development. This work supports faster future feature delivery by strengthening repository governance and improving contributor experience through clear, consistent documentation.
