In March 2025, Alex Steele developed and maintained public-facing Collaboration Cafe notes documentation within the the-turing-way/governance repository. Alex created five new Markdown files to record event discussions, announcements, and breakout topics, enhancing transparency and onboarding for stakeholders. The work focused on improving documentation quality by applying consistent formatting, updating headings and lists, and aligning files with established naming conventions. Alex also fixed documentation bugs to improve readability and accuracy, demonstrating strong skills in documentation and meeting notes management. All changes were tracked with disciplined version-control practices, resulting in maintainable, auditable documentation that supports governance and community engagement.
