During April 2026, contributed to the JabRef/jabref repository by developing a new Import GUI Group dropdown feature, enabling users to categorize imports and streamline their workflow based on user feedback. The work focused on front end development using JavaFX and UI/UX design principles, with implementation in Java and XML. Efforts included updating the project’s CHANGELOG to ensure release transparency and addressing Qodo rule violations and pull request comments to enhance code quality and maintainability. No major bugs were fixed during this period, as the primary focus remained on delivering user-facing improvements and aligning the interface with evolving user needs.
