Worked on the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository to deliver a version upgrade for the claude-code package, focusing on maintaining distribution integrity and compatibility. Updated the package to version 2.1.73 and refreshed SHA256 checksums across multiple architectures, ensuring that users receive secure and reliable binaries aligned with upstream releases. Leveraged Ruby and package management expertise to implement these changes in a single, well-documented commit, streamlining the upgrade process for end users. This work improved the reliability of the cask and reduced friction during upgrades, demonstrating a methodical approach to maintaining open-source package repositories using Homebrew and Ruby.
