Yulixiaoyu enhanced the HTTP Alert Plugin for the apache/dolphinscheduler repository by enabling support for nested JSON payloads in alert notifications. Using Java and backend development skills, Yulixiaoyu widened the plugin’s body parameter handling to accept complex, nested structures and updated the JSON parsing logic to ensure accurate payload construction. This work addressed integration challenges with downstream systems by allowing the plugin to send more sophisticated alert data, reducing the need for manual payload shaping. The targeted feature improved the robustness and interoperability of the alerting system, demonstrating a focused approach to API development and real-world notification scenarios.
