Worked on the tyler-technologies-oss/forge repository to enhance the Time Picker component, focusing on improving both precision and accessibility for time-based workflows. Leveraged TypeScript and JavaScript to add support for displaying seconds and updated the time formatting logic to include this additional granularity. Addressed accessibility by refining the tab order, ensuring seamless keyboard navigation and compliance with UI/UX best practices. These changes reduced user input errors and improved the overall usability of scheduling features. The work demonstrated a strong understanding of front end development principles, with careful attention to detail in both user experience and accessibility standards.
