Developed and delivered the Copilot Knowledge Base Integration feature for the IBM/ibm-watsonx-orchestrate-adk repository, enabling Copilot to access and incorporate external knowledge sources into its responses. The work established an end-to-end flow for retrieving, normalizing, and ingesting data from various knowledge bases, laying the groundwork for scalable future integrations. Leveraging Python for backend development, the implementation focused on robust API integration and effective knowledge management. Early testing showed improved response relevance and user satisfaction, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to enhancing Copilot’s accuracy by connecting it with external information sources through well-structured integration hooks and data pipelines.
