Worked on enhancing the reliability of the seqeralabs/tower-cli tool by addressing a critical stability issue in the export of Nextflow run data. Focused on CLI development and error handling using Java, the work involved refactoring the run-dump path to prevent crashes when launch data or logs were missing. By implementing robust null checks before including workflow launch data and Nextflow logs in tar exports, the changes ensured that the export process could gracefully handle incomplete workflow runs. This improvement increased user trust and export success rates, contributing to a more stable and dependable experience for Nextflow workflow users.
