Worked on the gympass/yoga repository to implement repository governance improvements focused on code ownership and review routing. Established a CODEOWNERS file and expanded ownership coverage by adding new owners and a dedicated team, using DevOps practices to clarify responsibility and streamline code review processes. The technical approach centered on formalizing ownership structures within the repository, which enables faster and more reliable code reviews while reducing delays. Leveraged Git and YAML to define and manage ownership rules, laying the groundwork for scalable collaboration and higher quality releases. No major bugs were addressed, as the primary focus was on foundational governance enhancements.
