Developed a regression test for the AddColumnCommand parameter parsing in the OpenRefine repository, focusing on ensuring accurate handling of new column names, base columns, expressions, insertion indexes, and error handling strategies. This work was implemented in Java and centered on backend development and testing, directly addressing issue #7310 to improve the reliability of data-wrangling workflows. By increasing test coverage for parameter parsing, the contribution enhanced the stability of the add-column feature across releases and supported faster continuous integration feedback. The primary focus during this period was on quality assurance, with no major bugs fixed and one feature delivered.
