Worked on the percona/percona-helm-charts repository to enhance clarity and maintainability in Helm chart configurations. Focused on standardizing storage scaling terminology by renaming storageAutoscaling to storageScaling across YAML values, templates, and cluster configuration files. Updated all related documentation and README references to ensure alignment with the new naming convention, including adjustments for psmdb-db. Bumped the chart version to 1.22.1 to reflect these changes and maintain release hygiene. Leveraged DevOps practices and Kubernetes expertise, with a strong emphasis on Helm and YAML, to deliver a cohesive update that improves consistency and documentation quality within the chart’s deployment process.
