The work involved technical writing in Markdown and YAML, leveraging web development skills and GitHub Actions for collaborative version control and review. By aligning the guide with user support goals, the contribution reduced support overhead and accelerated adoption, demonstrating a methodical approach to documentation that addressed both technical accuracy and user experience.
