Worked on the slaclab/sdf-docs repository to enhance incident-focused documentation during the StaAS FS1 outage. Updated the changelog using Markdown to clearly communicate the ongoing disk array failure, detailing both the outage and the steps being taken toward resolution. Outdated outage entries were removed to ensure the documentation accurately reflected the current system status, improving transparency for users and operators. The approach emphasized traceability by committing discrete changelog updates, supporting external communication during the incident. This work leveraged strong documentation skills and attention to detail, resulting in more reliable and up-to-date status reporting for the affected file system.
