
Worked on the cornerstonejs/cornerstone3D repository to deliver enhanced 3D interaction features for medical imaging applications. Developed 3D picking functionality using VTK.js coordinates, enabling users to select points in three-dimensional space with greater accuracy. Extended the BaseVolumeViewport to map canvas positions directly to world coordinates, supporting more intuitive navigation across multiple views. Added a crosshair linking example to demonstrate synchronized navigation in orthogonal views, improving cross-view analysis. Updated documentation in Markdown to increase discoverability of new features, particularly the cursor3D example. Utilized JavaScript and TypeScript throughout, focusing on 3D rendering, front-end development, and clear technical communication.
