December 2025 performance snapshot for govuk-one-login/txma-infra focused on strengthening security posture and simplifying maintenance through targeted feature delivery and codebase cleanup. Delivered cross-account access for Fraud Analytics Initiative (FAI) to the pairwise mapping table, enabling safer cross-account data interactions and governance. Completed refactoring and cleanup across the codebase to align with FAI naming, remove redundant policies, and remove unnecessary parameters, reducing drift and audit overhead.
