Month: 2026-03 – Observability configuration stream focused on delivering business value through enhanced AWS observability for the SET team.

In February 2026, delivered new Dynatrace Receiver Performance Metrics in the observability-configuration repo, strengthening end-to-end visibility of the receiver path and enabling data-driven reliability improvements.

January 2026: Delivered Signal Exchange Dashboard enhancements in govuk-one-login/observability-configuration, surface core metrics (total signals sent, P99 latency, and signals sent per RP) and streamlined NFR dashboard configuration by removing the id field to improve performance and security. Implemented via SET-977 with commits 9092f62b308aec52bd64c51076832e000d498385 (added signal exchange NFR classic dashboard) and 961a7f241156d7c3475f58f7da0e010b035e96fa (removed id from NFR dashboard).

November 2025 – TXMA Infra monthly summary focused on package-management hygiene and build reliability. Delivered targeted configuration and dependency-management changes to streamline npm workflows, reduce risk from scripts, and shrink the package footprint. The work supports faster, more deterministic builds and easier infra tooling maintenance.

September 2025 monthly summary for govuk-one-login/observability-configuration. Delivered a production-ready Signals Exchange Production Dashboard with an updated Terraform-based deployment path and module. This work improves production observability, enables automated provisioning, and supports faster incident response for Signals Exchange.

June 2025: Delivered observability enhancements in govuk-one-login/observability-configuration and cleaned up production dashboard configuration. Key items include a new JWT Cache Miss metric with Markdown documentation and a heatmap reference, plus removal of a duplicate tile from the TxMA Production Dashboard to improve monitoring accuracy. The work reduces debugging time, improves production visibility, and strengthens instrumentation and documentation practices.
