Addressed an incorrect version bump in package.json and adjusted the pre-release schedule within GitHub Actions, ensuring that versioning accurately matched the intended release timeline and preventing faulty releases. Utilized DevOps practices and version control expertise to validate the end-to-end release pipeline, reducing the risk of mis-timed pre-releases. The work involved hands-on debugging and configuration using YAML and JSON, resulting in improved automation reliability and better alignment between the release calendar and the actual deployment process for the project.
