Worked on enhancing Ukrainian localization within the pretix/pretix repository, focusing on improving accessibility for Ukrainian-speaking users. Leveraged Python and PO file formats to deliver targeted translation updates, increasing translation coverage from 57.0% to 57.1% through two collaborative commits. Integrated closely with the Weblate translation management platform to streamline the localization workflow and ensure consistency across the application. The work addressed internationalization and translation management challenges, supporting Pretix’s goal of expanding inclusive user support. By refining language coverage, the updates contributed to a more accessible experience for Ukrainian users and aligned with ongoing efforts to broaden Pretix’s market reach.
