Andrey focused on enhancing Ukrainian localization within the pretix/pretix repository, delivering targeted improvements to translation coverage and accessibility for Ukrainian-speaking users. Using Python and PO files, Andrey collaborated with the Weblate translation platform to incrementally increase translation completeness from 57.0% to 57.1%. The work involved updating and refining existing translations, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the application’s interface. By aligning localization updates with Pretix’s translation management workflow, Andrey contributed to a more inclusive user experience and supported broader market reach in Ukraine. The scope of work was focused, with depth in internationalization and translation management practices.
