Worked on the openwrt/luci repository to deliver a front-end feature enhancing the password reveal functionality within the Luci UI. Addressed compatibility issues with password managers by ensuring the visibility toggle remained reliable, even when external tools injected additional DOM elements into the login form. Utilized JavaScript and front-end development skills to identify the correct password field dynamically, maintaining consistent user experience and security during authentication. The solution reduced user friction and aligned the UI with modern password management workflows. Throughout the month, demonstrated a disciplined approach to UI maintenance, focusing on robust, traceable changes without introducing new bugs or regressions.
