Angger Deni developed a deployment configurability feature for the index-gateway container in the grafana/loki repository, focusing on enhancing operational flexibility and upgrade safety. By introducing a lifecycle option within the Helm chart, Angger updated both the values.yaml and the StatefulSet template to allow operators to control container lifecycle behavior. This work leveraged skills in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Helm templating, with all changes implemented in YAML.
