The approach involved making the useField function return a reactive state and adding targeted tests to verify this behavior, ensuring that changes to field values and metadata were accurately reflected in the UI without flicker or inconsistencies. This update stabilized form interactions and laid the groundwork for future metadata-driven enhancements. The work demonstrated proficiency in Vue.js, particularly Vue 3 reactivity and the composition API, as well as test-driven development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
