Developed a centralized Municipal Policy Framework Documentation for the civic-dashboard-web repository, establishing a PoliciesWiki.md to standardize policy-to-code alignment for the City of Toronto. The work focused on content creation, policy analysis, and comprehensive documentation using Markdown, providing a single source of truth for policy implementation and governance. The documentation detailed the municipal policy framework, outlined the development process, and identified key policy areas, enhancing onboarding and cross-team collaboration. Testing instructions and a checklist were included to guide reviewers and future contributors, demonstrating strong documentation standards and governance-oriented structure. No production bugs were reported during the development period.
