Leveraging skills in issue tracking and project management, the approach reduced unnecessary back-and-forth by clarifying requirements upfront and supporting more predictable sprint planning. The templates improved the quality and consistency of reported issues and code contributions, enabling faster feedback loops and better analytics for downstream planning.
