Worked on the ossf/malicious-packages repository to enhance the accuracy of vulnerability metadata for the item-shop-data package. Focused on tightening security data by removing open vulnerability ranges and specifying exact affected versions, which reduced false positives in internal security reports. Updated the MAL-2025-49104.json file to reflect the latest intelligence and corrected minor JSON formatting issues, ensuring consistent data parsing across security tools. Applied skills in data management and security engineering, leveraging JSON for precise metadata updates. This work improved the reliability of automated vulnerability dashboards and strengthened internal package risk assessments by providing more accurate and actionable security information.
