Developed and delivered a Default Project Template for the Facets-cloud/facets-modules repository, providing an empty baseline for new project types when no specific template is selected. This feature streamlined project initialization by introducing template-based scaffolding, which accelerates onboarding and reduces setup variance for new teams. The implementation focused on project scaffolding and templating using TypeScript, ensuring commit-level traceability and maintaining repository stability throughout the process. By standardizing the project creation workflow, the work enabled faster time-to-value and improved consistency across new initiatives. The approach emphasized full stack development skills and addressed business needs for onboarding speed and project standardization.
