Worked on the facets-cloud/facets-modules repository to enhance configuration management by standardizing Redis kind references within Azure Cache configurations. Addressed a bug where inconsistent identifiers could lead to misconfigurations across modules and downstream automation. Implemented a normalization process using YAML to update the kind value from 'azure_cache' to 'redis', ensuring all affected modules referenced Redis consistently. This change improved cross-module interoperability and reduced the risk of deployment errors in the caching layer. Focused on maintaining clarity and reliability in configuration files, the work emphasized careful propagation of changes to support robust automation and streamlined deployment pipelines across the project.
