Leveraged Markdown to structure clear, actionable content and incorporated links to a Microsoft Tech Community migration article for additional support. The documentation improvements aimed to reduce confusion and ensure a smooth migration process for users. Emphasis was placed on traceability and clarity, utilizing documentation skills to address evolving administrative workflows and technical requirements.
