Anvitaa worked on the FRC8592/2025-reefscape repository, where she delivered a camera calibration data and configuration feature to enhance image processing and sensor accuracy for reef monitoring applications. She approached the task through configuration management, structuring calibration parameters in JSON to ensure maintainability and clarity. This addition addressed calibration drift and improved the reliability of downstream analytics by providing consistent sensor data. The work focused on integrating calibration data into the existing system, enabling more accurate environmental monitoring. Over the one-month period, Anvitaa’s contribution was targeted and technical, demonstrating proficiency in configuration management and data structuring using JSON.
