During February 2025, Aoinc contributed to the flipperzero-firmware repository by implementing infrared remote data support for the Fujitsu ASTG12LVCC air conditioner. They developed new infrared data definitions, enabling Flipper devices to control various AC modes such as Off, Dh, Cool_hi, Cool_lo, Heat_hi, and Heat_lo. This work involved embedded systems programming and infrared communication, expanding device compatibility and reducing the need for user workarounds. By mapping IR signals to specific AC functions and maintaining data-driven firmware updates, Aoinc addressed a tracked issue and improved end-user control, demonstrating a focused approach to embedded firmware and protocol integration.
