Worked on the TeamShiksha/openlogo repository to establish foundational governance and automation for the project. Developed and integrated issue templates for bug reports, enhancements, and new features, along with a standardized pull request template, all designed to streamline contributions and reduce onboarding time. Leveraged JavaScript and YAML to implement CI/CD workflows that automate deployment and code analysis, ensuring consistent quality checks and safer releases. The focus during this period was on building repository scaffolding and automating quality gates, rather than bug fixes, laying the groundwork for higher development velocity and reliability in future iterations through improved DevOps practices and GitHub Actions.
