Developed a new information plugin for the NVIDIA/doca-sosreport repository, enabling automated collection of logs, configuration files, and runtime data from the NVIDIA DOCA SNAP service and associated SPDK components. The solution leveraged containerization and shell scripting to execute diagnostic commands within the snap container and securely copy relevant files, enhancing the depth of data available for troubleshooting. Integrated the plugin into the existing sos report framework to streamline diagnostics and support root-cause analysis for DOCA deployments. The work focused on plugin development and system administration, utilizing Python and shell scripting to improve operational visibility and customer support workflows.
