Worked on the firebots-software/2025-reefscape repository, focusing on enhancing the reliability and stability of the DogLog component during system startup. Addressed a critical initialization issue by relocating DogLog setup from the constructor to the robotInit() method, ensuring configuration options are correctly applied at launch. Updated Gradle binary lock files to align dependencies with the new startup sequence, reducing the risk of version drift and supporting more predictable deployments. Utilized Java and robot development skills to improve startup determinism for the Reefscape module, resulting in safer production behavior. The work emphasized careful dependency management and robust initialization practices.
